The Club are hosting a fundraising "Couch to 5k" 9 week programme commencing Tuesday 25 April. The sessions will run on Tuesday and Thursdays, 630-7pm and Sundays 10-10-30am, within the Club Grounds. £1 per session.
This is a fantastic initiative which gives people of all ages, both male and female, to get out, get some exercise, enjoy the spring air while supporting the club!
Run/walk/jog, whatever suits your ability.
The training will build up to a big 5k event will take place on Saturday 24 June. £10 enter to this 5k run.
