RESERVE LEAGUE – SECTION A

Granemore 1-07 Ballymacnab 0-09

The Reserves played out a narrow defeat at neighbours Granemore on Sunday. Very little could separate the sides in the early stages until a goal mid way through the first half gave the home side the advantage. However, Ballymacnab rallied and replied with points from Cormac Gribben and Brendan Toner to trail 1-06 to 0-05 at the break. In the second half Ballymacnab dominated and points from Jack Grugan, Niall Gribben, Brendan & Aodhan Toner levelled the matters but a point from the home side edged out the result in their favour.
