Tir Na nOg 2-10 Ballymacnab 5-13

Tir Na nOg added two more before a Finnén Maguire goal levelled the game. Ballymacnab went into the lead for the first time mid way through the half with a Stephen King point but Tir Na nOg soon levelled matters again. Nearing the end of the half a Tir Na nOg goal put them ahead by three but the lads responded well through two Stephen King points before two more for Tir Na nOg left three at the interval.

On the restart Tir Na nOg got off to the best start with a point before Stephen King scored a point. A Shaun Casey goal levelled the game and now Ballymacnab started to take control of the game. A brilliant Michael O'Hare goal followed by points from Stephen McGuigan and Oisin McGivern put the visitors five up. Tir Na nOg got their second point of the half before points from Shaun Casey, Brendan Kennedy and Dara McKinney and goals from Oisín McGivern and Stephen King really ended the game as a contest.
