SENIORS The Seniors lost 2-10 to 1-17 away to St.Patrick’s last Friday. This was the last League game of the year. All focus now on Round 1 of the Senior Championship when we play Harps in the Athletic Grounds @830pm on Friday 26 August.
UNDER 18 Good luck to the Under 18s who face Naomh Eoin in Round 1 of the Division 3 next Monday (22nd)
UNDER 16 The Under 16s face Granemore in Ballymacnab on Thursday. Throw in @ 715pm
UNDER 14 The Under 14s game against Dromintee was postponed last week, they have no game this wek
UNDER 12.5 The Under 12s play Eire Og at Home on Wednesday @ 7pm and Carrickcruppen Away @ 4pm on Saturday
UNDER 10 Training Wednesday 6-7pm and Sunday 10-11am.
UNDER 6-8 Training on Sunday 10-11am
SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP The Club are hosting the Championship tie between Sarsfields and Forkhill on Sunday 21st @ 2pm. Assistance is required with stewarding and Half Time Ticket sellers. All available help to report at the field at 1pm.
SUMMER CAMP The Annual Summer Camp will be held on 22-24 August. The Camp is for boys and girls from P3 (September 16) to current Under 16 players. The cost of the camp is £20 per child, £15 2nd/3rd child etc. Registration forms available via the Website (and attached) and should be returned to the nominated names prior to the Camp
UNDERAGE FUNDRAISER Our Underage Committee have organised a 'Golf Football 4 Ball Tournament' in Newry Golf Course on Saturday 3 September. The rules are the same as normal 4 ball only kicking a football over the 18 holes! £10 per person. All Under 14s must be accompanied by an Adult. We are also looking sponsorship of the Tee Boxes. Sponsorship of a Tee is £30 and anyone or and businesses who would like to contribute please contact any of the Underage Mentors

WELL DONE Congratulations to the Smyth sisters on their success at the Ulster Fleadh in Bangor. Méabh was crowned the Ulster Senior Fiddle Champion 2016. Méabh was presented with the prestigious Richard Fitzgerald Cup. Aoife won the Under 12 Uilleann Pipes Ulster Competition whilst Annie qualified for the All Ireland Fleadh in both banjo and fiddle Under 15 Competition. Best wishes to Méabh, Annie and Aoife in the Fleadh Cheoil na h'Éireann, to be held in Ennis Co Clare, at the weekend - 19-21 August 2016.

P1-P2s - Training Thursday 6.30 - 7.45pm and Saturday morning 11 - 12.15pm.

Under 12 - Camogs enjoyed a fantastic day of good competitive camogie in An Riocht, Kilkeel on Saturday. The competition was strong in the preliminary groupings with the girls recording wins against Liatroim, Co Down, Bredagh, Belfast and a draw against Greenlough, Co. Derry. They then progressed into the semi-finals of the shield competition after a good win over neighbours Cullyhanna, only to be narrowly beaten by the overall winners Derrynoose. A great days camogie was had by all. League game v Middletown on Saturday 20th at 11 o'clock in Middletown.
Under 14 - Home game v St Brigids on Tuesday 16th at 7.30pm and away game v Keady on Thursday 18th August at 7.15pm.
Under 16 - Training Wednesday at 7.00pm.
Senior - No league fixture this week.

Armagh Camogie Goalie Academy - the county camogie's first goal keeping academy takes place this
Saturday 20th in Keady High School 3G pitch 11am - 1pm for under 16, under 18

COMMUNITY Fabulous turnouts for the weekly walk leaving from Ballymacnab Community Hall on a Tuesday evening at 7.30pm around the beautiful Seaghan Dam along the new walking path approx. 4.7K. Everyone welcome to come along and join in.
The Annual Kilcluney Parish Vintage Day is being held on Sunday 4th September in the field opposite St. Patrick’s Church Ballymacnab. Come along and see butter making, the corn being cut by horse and threshing to name but a few. Fabulous activities for all the family. More details to follow.
