Ballymacnab Round Towers GFC Weekly Newsletter – 18/05/2015


The Seniors had a 3-10 to 1-12 win over Annaghmore last week. Next game: Saturday 23th  at home v Crossmaglen @ 6pm


The Reserves had a 3-19 to 0-10 win over Carrickcruppen last week. Next game: Wednesday 20th away to Harps @ 730pm


The Leagues now take a break for exams and resume in Mid June.


The Under 16s had a 6-15 to 3-07 win away to Derrynoose. The Leagues now take a break for exams and resume in Mid June.


The Under 14s had a 4-08 to 3-07 win over Mullaghbawn in Round 1 of the Championship last week and will face Carrickcruppen in the Quarter Final. Next game in the League on Tuesday 19th against Silverbridge in Newtown @ 730pm.

UNDER 12.5

The Under12.5s lost to Granemore last week. They shall face Tullysaran away on Wednesday @ 7pm. Bus leaving Ballymacnab @ 615pm. Players are asked to come toggled out in proper club gear and £1 to help cover cost of bus. Text Michael to confirm attendance.

UNDER 6/8/10s

The Under 6, 8 and 10s enjoyed games on Sunday against Namoh Eoin. Games against Tullysaran for these age groups on Sunday 24th in Tullysaran @ 11am. All players asked to be in Tullysaran @ 1045am.

Anyone who would be interested in participating in a First Aid course with a view of assisting one of the clubs teams on match day are asked to contact Kevin Gribben (07801108265). Anyone who already has a First Aid Certificate and would like to assist with one of the Clubs teams, please contact any committee member.


To Celebrate the re-opening of Ballymacnab chapel on Sunday the 7th of June a parade will take place from McKenna’s Cross Roads at 2pm to the chapel. All clubs in the parish will be represented in the parade. It is hoped that we can get as many adult members in the parade as possible. Can people please let Nelius Boyle or Brendan McCone know if they are able to attend.
