Phelim Bradys 3-05 Ballymacnab 1-10

The Under 14s travelled to Phelim Bradys for their second league game and despite a tremendous effort, particularly in the first half, a late rally in the second half saw the home side seal the victory on a scoreline of 1-10 to 3-05.

Ballymacnab got off to the best start possible when Conor Lynch had the ball in the net from the first attack. Points in quick succession from Caoimhín Rafferty, Ryan Watters and Conor Lynch followed. Phelim Bradys hit back with a few points but the 'Nab finished the half well with points from Conor Lynch, Darragh McArdle and Niall McKee to give a six point lead.

In the second half the 'Bradys hit back with goals to get themselves back into the game and dominated the half but points from Kyle Gallagher and Conor Dougan and some fine saves from Sean Eoin Curry, kept the 'Nab in front only for Phelim Bradys to hit back with a late goal and earn the win
