Four first half goals confirmed victory over Tullysaran for our Under 16 team on Thursday night. Tullysaran were first off the mark with a point before Ryan Watters levelled matters. Two more Tullysaran points stretched the visitors lead before Oisin McGivern rattled the back of the net to leave the minimum between the sides. The margin was soon four when Ryan Watters got his first three pointer of the evening. Tullysaran replied with a goal of their own before scores from Ryan Watters, Oisin McGivern (1-1) and a Conor O'Hanlon goal left the half time score 4-03 to 1-03 to the home side. Tullysaran opened the scoring for the second half with a pointed free before Ryan Watters and Oisin McGivern both got one point each to leave 10 the deficit. Another Tullysaran point was followed by two goals from Brian Murdoch and Ryan Watters with the latter adding a point to his tally. Shane McClelland then came forward from midfield to split the posts before Tullysaran got their second goal. Oisin McGivern's final point was followed by a goal and a point from the opposition before a Brian Murdoch point left the full time score 6-09 to 3-06 to The Nab.
